Our streamlined process is designed to make your transition to the MCDP platform as smooth and efficient as possible, typically taking only 4-5 weeks. After our initial meeting, if both parties mutually feel there is a strong fit, we'll quickly issue a notification of interest. From there, we'll conduct a due diligence assessment to evaluate your practice and establish its valuation. Following this, you'll receive a Letter Of Intent (LOI) that, when accepted, will initiate the finalization of the purchase agreement and employment agreement. Simultaneously, we'll work closely with our lending partners to ensure a swift and hassle-free closing, minimizing any unnecessary delays.
